The player from Malaysia requested a withdrawal a few days ago, but it’s been pending since. The player received most of his winnings, so he considered this complaint to be resolved.
I was waiting for several days and the casino looking for reasons to reject my withdrawals since 1st of Jan.
Today 6th of Jan the casino support informed me the option for VISA is not available due to technical issues and requested to deposit via Ecopayz and do the withdrawal through it which I already did.
Right now they are just asking me to wait with no clear time frame, as I'm due to get paid instantly after this long wait.
However no one is cooperative and no help was offered, all what they ask for is to wait.
Moreover, my withdrawal is in two installments of 15000 and 5217.67 and they just rejected the 5217.67 for the reason of exceeding daily limit, even though there is no money was withdrawn from the casino and getting this weird message.
Therefore, I'm looking for your help on resolving this issue and to have my cash out processed ASAP.
