I have been emailing with the vip manager now for three weeks asking what was going on my withdrawl for 2

5 weeks she gave me the run around saying they were so busy they hadnt gotten to my withdrawl finally she told me that they had changed my withdrawl limit to 1000 euro per month. I had resticted my account from play and had talked to the vip manger asked if i did that if I could still withdraw my funds she said I could . The 21 thousand deduction was from I had charged back on my visa because there were double charges for the same amount on the same days I realized later that the charges were from another day and posted on the same day . They asked for my visa statement and froze me for withdrawls for 2 weeks as the investgated it . I sent the visa statement immediatly . I dont know why I would have to prove what was charged back they know what the visa company took back from them but i did it anyways in the mean time they kept taking intervals of 7000 thousand out of my account I charged back 4616 dollars from my visa . The did that twice when they sent me the email telling me that they had resolved the told me another 7 thousand was taken from my account telling me it was the 4616 plus admin fee for looking at the visa statement I provided . I have had issues with withdrawls but have received my withdrawls of 22300 dollars for the last 2 months . There terms clearly state that if you win something they will pay you at 15 thousand per month . If you win a jackpot which I did that would be paid in full beside any of that in there terms it does not say in payment it does not say we can change your withdrawl limits to 1000 euro per month . They do have that they can limit your withdrawls to 1000 euro per month because deposit to withdrawl ratio but it does not say any of that beside if you win a jackpot you will be paid in fell. I have deposited a lot of many there and lost thats fine when your loosing but when you win something they dont want to pay . The dispute is over more than 60 thousand i have 47 thousand in my account and I have 3 withdrawls sitting there at a total of 7830 they will not release then therre is the 700 three times all they are allowed to take is the 4616 dollars I charged back . They gave me no written notice of the withdrawl limit change i had to pry for 18 days until i got that answer she just kept telling me they were busy with so many withdrawls I dont know if you guys can do anything about this situation because rite now I feel like I am dealing with a bank you can withdraw if you deposit who is going to deposit into a casino account you have winnings in. At this rate it would take me 6 years to get the money in that account that is very unfair practice . I stongly reccoment no one play at this casino.

    Here is copy of the balance and the pending withdrawals as you can see they are over three weeks now . When i mention the 21 thousand dollars they tell me they are looking into it I will search for the email with that shows the 4616 and the 7000 total and tells me it an admin fee there is so many emails and communication I can send to you I just have to figure out how to upload it here unless you can explain it to me how to do it . There might be some language in the emails as they have frustrated me so much with the same answers and the run around are you sure you want me to upload them here ?

I realized the charge backs after i was asked to provide the statement that when i realized they were charged on a different day and posted on the same day i did another charge in the same amount , They deducted the money from my casino account as i had over 100 k in there , The did then and again another time and then the final time when they told me they had reviewed the statement and deducted 7000 from my account to look at a statement i provided . The total deductions is21 thousand that they don't show on my account statement they only show the 1 deduction of 7000. I know they were deducting these amounts as i suspended my account from play and these amounts were coming out of the account so I wasn't playing . They deny it but i know they did it . I am still having a hard time getting money out of them the withdrawals are sitting in pending for 50 days now she is telling me that I can only withdraw 1550 per month deposit to withdrawal ratio . Who is going to deposit when they have winnings in there account . She had admitted I won a jackpot now she is saying its a big win not a jackpot . I have received a total of 45 thousand but then they stopped paying telling me that I cant get anymore than 1500 a month Canadain . But they will not give any more .If you read there terms the withdrawls are to be paid at 15 thousand a month . I was vip so it was 23500 a month.file

We would like to explain the situation in more detail: the player did indeed win a large amount and began to withdraw these funds, but then the player made two chargebacks. After the chargebacks, we started an internal investigation of the player, held his payments, and warned him that chargebacks are not allowed by our Terms and Conditions and that if he does it again, we might take action against him.


After this warning, three days later, the player made three more chargebacks, after which we warned him again about violating the Terms and Conditions. Please note that we did not write off the balance and did not apply any sanctions, but continued to pay out funds after his repeated chargebacks.


Also, regarding the write-off of his balance: we warned the player about the write-off of the chargeback amount, namely 7,000 CAD, no 21,000 CAD was written off, and this can be clearly seen in the player's transaction history, so I think there should be no questions here.


Regarding the delay in payments: yes, there is currently a delay in payments, but this is not related to the player. It is due to a change in the payment provider for the project. You can see this for yourself by going to the website and clicking on the deposit button, where you will see that there are no payment methods available at the moment, meaning that players are currently unable to make deposits or withdrawals. As soon as we have completely changed our payment provider, we will continue to make payments to players as before.

I made one charge back at one time how the visa company took it back I dont know . They did not make any payments well they investagted . Yes it was my mistake because some charges were posted in the same day that I made a charge in the same amount . I thought I was double charges when I called the visa company they did not tell me that they thought it was a double charge as well . I charged back 4616 dollars they took bak 7 thousand more than once and it does not show on player balance sheet . I have tried it gets rejected every time there has been no new payment methods availabal my vip manger told me interac should come on line soon but he has also said that a month aga and still waiting . I dont believe that's why they canceled them . First if all they will not ket you pinch on more than 3000 you habe to do it multiple times . They havnt canceled all of them . They canceled a few . I have received crypto which is nothing but a loss because when you turn into cash its nothing but fees from 7500 you end up with 7200 . They still have not added the 7500 crypto they cancelled as withdrawl to my balance I have the proof. I have pics of my balance from when i started cashing out and how much i cashed out there is 7500 missing and it clearly shows they cancelled the withdrawl but did not add it to ,y balance .
