i recently completed the 25 free chip and done wagering, I was informed to deposit another 25 and then I would be able to withdraw.

i deposited via crypto and started the withdrawal of the max that was allowed through this promo which was 25, I asked the support if I have to withdraw the full 50 or I could keep the deposited 25 to play with which they said I am fine to keep it in and play it as a normal deposit.

I used my deposit and ended up winning so went to withdraw whoever was advised I needed to competed verifcation whis is fine, I sent my documents in to specified email on Thursday and was advised 24 hours, I have checked in twice now and both times just advised flagged with finance with no explanation.

I am currently trying withdraw an amount of 450 


I have now been informed they have received my first email which was a reply to exact email they emailed me from, I resent yesterday and they confirmed it had been received and told me it would be done today however my verification still isn’t compleye so cannot withdraw

Hi Nick,


The process has been going on since Thursday the 1st August, I was advised 48 hours.


The documents I provided was a recent bank statement from last month, my passport with all details visible clearly, my bank card (even though I’d don’t deposit with it) and my crypto wallet,


it’s not necessarily the time that has me worried and more the lack of correct information and communication.


I was told multiple times that its was with finance to then be told they didn’t even have the email with my documents on, I then resent them on Saturday and they confirmed arrival and told me hours, I spoke to the casino spoke to the casino this morning to query how much longer and they just disconnected the chats and never replied again filefile

Update: they state verification compete and told me they would pay me within 24 hours, it has now been 48 hours and no payment
