The player from Oregon had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, their winnings hadn't been received yet. After a partial payment of $150 out of $195, the player requested the remaining $45 to be added as a deposit bonus but received a no deposit bonus instead. Upon reviewing the player's communication with the casino, it was confirmed that the $45 was agreed to be added as a bonus, which the player had already used. Consequently, we were unable to assist further and the complaint was closed.

I wanted to write a review to warn people before they deposited any money at this casino . This is what happened to me. 

On May 11th I deposited $30 into coinbets777 casino and played a bonus and won $195 . On May 14h I emailed them my credentials for verification and it took them 4 days to verify me. On May 18th I tried to make a withdrawal of $195 and it didn’t go through . So I contacted live chat and they told me there was some technical problem and that I would have to contact their manager. They gave me his phone number to text him with my Bitcoin wallet address. 

So starting May 18th I started contacting the manager via text message and he has told me several times that the requested withdrawal would be placed in my Bitcoin wallet in a couple hours….. it's now May 28th (10 days later) and every time he's told me that it's going to arrive nothing does. 

Also, I contacted live chat today because there's no record of my deposit or winnings however I asked them for the information they told me that the day I deposited and they told me that I got $150 cash out which I have not received a penny. 

Everybody that deals in Bitcoin knows that the transactions are immediate.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I did get paid however only $150 of my $195 I was owed. I asked them why I was shorted the $45 and rather than waiting for an answer I just went ahead and thought maybe it would be easier to ask them to put it on a deposit bonus for me in their casino since I wanted to played again. They said that they would but I ended up getting a no deposit bonus. However the no deposit bonus has a much bigger withdrawal if I win.

I'm gonna leave well enough alone and hopefully I'll win again. I do feel like I was entitled all of my winnings but I'm tired of the issue and want to move on. I hope I win again to reap the additional winnings I was owed.

And, I hope I can continue to play here and have no further incidences.

I guess however what about only getting the $150 of the $195 winnings? And when I asked them to put the $45 in a deposit bonus they gave me a no deposit bonus 😞 instead?

I went through your conversation with the casino and you basically agreed that the missing $45 would be added in a form of a bonus which you've already played with. Of course it was marked as free bonus, because deposit bonuses are activated by a deposit which you didn't make in order to receive it.

I am afraid that under these circumstances there is not much more we can do for you in this matter and I am forced to close this complaint. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
