The player from United Kingdom had his winnings cancelled due to placing a bet greater than 30% of the deposit. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.
Deposited with no bonus. Played only 10 p stake except for buying a bonus at an increment of 0.10 p around £6 from memory. Cash out but waited a week to be told rejected under the 30% rule.
If I understand correctly, if you deposit £10 for example and play at 0.10 p per play and go down to a balance of 0.30 p then start winning, all your winnings will be cancelled because you made a play of more than 30% of balance at that point.

"Betting rules
