all winnings denied due to breach of betting rules - "Irregular play" in terms and conditions. I have deposited few hundred in the site and last deposit was 30 euro with 400% bonus and wagering amount was 40x on everything. (30+120)*40 = 6000. I played on 2.5 euro spins most of the time and then increased to 5 euro spins to meet wagering when hit 2k balance. there was 16 spins on 10 euro bet at some stage on which I did not win anything more than the 1/2 bet itself.  They have a rule in terms and conditions that single bet cannot exceed 30% of the value of deposit currently in play.  So the 10 euro spins were 33% on which I didn't even win anything. Anyway I don't think is very fair to swipe off everything based on this and just wanted to share so people do not use this casino.

Thank you for submitting your complaint through our website. We are very sorry, but this rule is a common problem for this group: 

"Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play." 

Lots of people forget about this rule during bonus play and later their winning get confiscated. Usually, when players make a single spin with no win (accidentally hit maximum bet, for example), some casinos are willing to pay the winnings but I am sure this casino won’t pay you. It has a rating of 0/10 from us.

Even though we dislike rules like this one, you were playing with a bonus and you breached their rules, so they have the right to void your winnings. Next time be more careful, and I strongly recommend you choose a better casino. Sorry and Merry Christmas.

Thanks for the replay. I wasn't expecting to get anything. Just to share this experience publicly is good enough for me. I have never had any problems withdrawing even 10k + from well known big casinos. Also would like to highlight your answer to choose only good casinos to the rest of the players. There is no need to waste time and money on casinos with very low rating. This site has very good information and only wish I had come across this at earlier stage. Best of luck to everyone.
