I asked support BEFORE depositing how much I can withdraw at a time and if there would be any limits. I said I have been scammed very recently by a casino and I don't want there to be any problems going further. Their response was

"No we are a legit company and have to intention of acting that way. There is no set withdrawal rate, people have withdrawn 10 to 20k$ in a day without problems.".


So what do I get just a few days later? This.


I ask support if my account is being limited because it feels like I can't bet the amounts I used to. Their response is that they will check and come back to me. I now check if they have responded. And they have. They respond with this bullshit.


"As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the integrity of our Sportsbook platform, your account has been restricted to limited bet amounts and sports betting winnings will no longer be eligible for withdrawal. These measures are implemented at the discretion of the platform and to reflect our commitment to upholding our Terms of Services.

1.4. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to make changes to the site, betting limits, payout limits and offerings.

3.3. Sportsbook platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any bet.

3.8. Maximum bet amounts on all sporting events will be determined by Sportsbook platform and are subject to change without prior written notice. Sportsbook platform also reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts as well."


Without ANY warnings, or ANYTHING. They literally steal my money from under my nose and locking my option to withdraw my money. If they dont want my business that's fine, give me a chance to withdraw what I have risked these last few days, AND EARNED, and don't steal my money like crooks. I have carefully asked these people before doing anything, to ensure that my money is safe and that they're not going to keep them from me. But here we are, locking my money away like thieves.


I can only beg and pray that you are able to help me with this, otherwise I've lost a lot of money to thieving crooks once again.
