However, we had to close the complaint as 'unresolved' due to the casino's history of non-responsiveness. This negatively impacted the casino's overall rating. Despite our numerous attempts to communicate with the casino, all our efforts had been unsuccessful. We strongly advised the player to avoid this casino.

Today I opened my account at this casino. I made a deposit of AR$5,000 (+500 in taxes) and played until I got approximately AR$9,000. When it came time to withdraw, I discovered that the minimum to withdraw was AR$20,000 + $2,000 in taxes, and that I had to bet approximately AR$25,000 more to be able to withdraw.

It seemed strange to me, but I did it, I continued betting until I reached a pot of more than AR$ 20,000 (obviously exceeding the amount that was asked to bet to withdraw) and now it appears that I have to bet more than AR$ 133,000 to be able to withdraw. I need help with this case please

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello good morning. Thank you very much for answering. My account was verified on February 2 at approximately 7:00 p.m. (Argentina time).


Do not use any bonus, pay 100% of the money I started playing with (AR$ 5,000 (although they charged me a total of 5,500 for taxes I suppose)). Reach the total sum of 23,000 without using any bonuses.


I last spoke to the casino about 5 hours before writing this response. They commented that the reason for the problem is to avoid fraudulent bets, to which when I questioned whether my play was fraudulent, they told me that support would review this and they would respond to me via email within 48 business hours. I guess we'll have to wait. Also, see why this was happening, to which they responded from the support that "each amount that I bet was added to the necessary mandatory bet amount to be able to withdraw." That is, if I needed to bet 10 to withdraw, and I bet 10, now I was going to need 20. Something unusual
