Their withdrawal system is exceptionally restricted. Even though it says you can withdraw up to €2000 per day, you can only actually withdraw €500 at any one time, it then takes up to 36 hours before is moves from pending until it is paid (you cannot set up multiples of €500 whilst one payment is pending) so you have to wait until you can then submit another withdrawal - this means it would take 15 days to withdraw €5000 euros which it not clear on their site. They claim that their payment team are busy but I have a strong feeling that their payment process is automated and triggers on 36 hours so withdrawing up to €2000 per day is a misrepresentation- account manager will not increase the €500 per day limit either -

Hi there - all they have is Mastercard or bitcoin so I’m opting for Mastercard - which I know doesn’t have a restriction. I have received a payment of €500 twice but it took over 3 days for first payment - yesterday morning they approved a further €500 so I immediately raised another withdrawal and this nearly 36hrs later is still pending. Other casinos allow you to create a number of €500 withdrawals at the same time but this one only allows one withdrawal at one time and makes you wait 36hrs

Unfortunately, the casino can set aside time for reviewing each withdrawal request. Since you have already received a few, it doesn't seem to me that the casino is trying to treat you unfairly or delay your withdrawals on purpose.
I understand this situation is not ideal, but unfortunately, there is not much more we can do, as long as you are being paid out regularly. I can only leave this complaint open until you receive the last withdrawal, so we can contact the casino in case they stop paying out your installments. Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

thanks but surely them giving terms of "withdrawal up to £2000" a day is actually impossible due to their ways of working - it’s £500 every 2 days - so false advertising and misrepresentation - my second payment is now over 2 days in pending so happy to keep it open - just like the terms changed or this flagged on your site of this inability to pay more than 500 every two days

Shelley, please understand that there might be other withdrawal methods that are currently not available to you where it is possible to request a higher amount or multiple withdrawals at once. Unfortunately, this is not something we could influence.
