I won my bets and tried to withdraw the money. For severeal weeks they gave excuses before they suddenly closed my account. They claim I have broken some terms, but will not give any proof. I think I just won more than they liked. I just played normal as usual. I am vip-customer on several other sites. Why should I suddenly break any terms here? So these false claims is just horrible. When I try to ask why they will just leave the chat. They have stopped answering my mails. I can give evidence.

When exactly did your account get closed? Did you accumulate your money with real balance or bonus money? Did you play in the casino or sports betting?

Unfortunately, we don't have a branch dealing with sports betting yet.

 Please understand, we wouldn't be able to advise you correctly as we don't have enough insight on sports betting, and we wouldn't be able to judge competently all the pros and cons. Therefore, your complaint will be rejected.
