The player from Malta, who had been a regular at Casinoin for over a year, reported an issue with his withdrawal requests continually being rejected. Despite having been fully verified and not using any bonus money, the player was unable to receive his winnings. The casino informed the player that his case had been forwarded to a specialist department. However, no resolution was provided. After the player reported the issue to us, he subsequently informed us that he had received his money from Casinoin. We then marked the complaint as 'resolved'.

Good afternoon

i am playing to casinoin more than a year i used to take intant withdrows 10 sec, recently i played more money had some loses and some winnings i asked for some withdraws their limit is 500 x4=2000 and last 4 days my withdraws is getting rejectet saying [we were unable to withdraw funds from your account on casinoin please try again or contact support service] i contact them and they reply  {understand that waiting can be frustrating, but I've sent a request to the specialists department to check on your case.} i am fully verified user and the money i play is not from bonus. i dont know why they are trying to get from this but one is for sure i will never play here again 10 years gambling and from casinoin will never recommend to anyone they are unprofessionals
