Last year in July I played on this site. I deposited €500 and then won until my total balance was €4040.8.


I tried to withdraw, they made me complete verification which I passed. They verified my ID, POA, and card.


Weeks went by with them not paying me and then they stole €3540.8 from me refusing to pay and just gave me back my initial deposit.


For a year now I've been trying to get my money and I'd like your help. Thanks.

Could you please advise when exactly did the casino void your balance? Did you accumulate your winnings with a bonus or with real money only? Did the casino ever explain the reason of voiding your balance?

Hi Nick, they stole my money on 2nd July 2021. I deposited €500 and was given a €500 bonus which I played through and met wagering requirements. They never explained any reason and only stated they did it because they could.
