The player struggles to receive his winnings for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
They have a monthly casino challenge, I completed the challenge but they don't want to pay the prize for this. I have contacted the matter 5 times, but each time they say they will remind the promotion team about it.
The matter is not progressing and they clearly just want the player to forget about it and let it be.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? When were you supposed to get the winnings from the bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about? Did they give you any reason for not paying out the winnings from it?
