The player from United Kingdom has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing single bets greater than the allowed ones. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They allowed me to win more money than i was allowed to withdraw so took £2900 off my winnings only allowed me £2000. Then said id placed too higher bets so confiscated the £2000 leaving me with nothing. How can their site allow you too win too much and not stop you. Or let you take too higher bets than you are allowed to do. This could only be for reasons to swindle you out of any winnings you might make. Plus the time stamps on when i gambled is all mixed up and some bets for £17:50 when that amount is not on the drop down scale, i think this site use strange procedures and illegal methods not to pay out
Dear Fred,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found:
„10. The maximum individual stake allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is:
Slots and Video Slots - Maximum of $5 per spin or $0.50 per bet line is allowed.
Any other game - $30 per bet.
The maximum stake allowed includes playing/purchasing any additional in game features including the gamble option.
Failure to follow this may result in forfeiting any winnings at our absolute discretion."
We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not standard practice yet.
Please do not hesitate to forward your game and bonus histories along with any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru if you feel that you’ve been accused mistakenly.
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
