I'm trying now for 6 weeks to get my €1000,00 withdrawal out after a crazy wagering of 17.000,00, but due some realy big hits it was possibly to wager.


The people from support wil never answer your question, not by chat, mail or phone. By phone you have to prepare of a really hard phoncall. The support employee is shouting, calking me names like fucking idiot, ashhole. That im a player without a fuctiinal brain etc.


But payouts will never come

It usually takes a few days to process. Could you confirm that this was your first attempt for a withdrawal? Have you received any confirmation from the casino regarding successful KYC verification?

After the complaints at casino Fantastik, ant telling them that i wil start a investigation, i received a email that the withdrawal is on his way to my bank.


I thank you for the support.

Casino Fantastik is a casino i wil never play again, also the casinos that are working under the same umbrella.

Today came my withdraw after a lot of discussions in my bank account.


Please tell others not to register at casino Fantastik, they do pay butt all with restrictions and delays.
