Made a deposit on May 17,2021 for 29.9 cad with paysafe.. Paysafe confirmed it was successful I've emailed the casino on several occasions.. It's nearly been a month I've provided them with the transaction ID my email from paysafe.. Takes them 5-7 days to respond to email and ask the same thing over again which has already been provided numerous times.. They said they sent it to the proper department nearly 3 weeks ago... No live agents in chat phone number says to use chat and you can't
