Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you contact the casino in order to close your account and to ask them to send you any additional e-mails? When was the last time you were in contact with the casino and what was their response regarding your issue?

Yes I am verified a very long time ago I spoke via email and they told me I have to contact live chat to close account which I cannot access due to the region I live in and I am still receiving texts and emails

Can you forward a screenshot of the sms messages to prove that they came from Cashiopeia? Did you contact the casino by their e-mail? If yes, please forward it to nikolas.b@casino.guru and if not, please contact them.

Hello Vicwalker,

Unfortunately those messaged do not seem like direct messages from the casino, more like from a third party provider. They could have get your number from somewhere you registered and use it for promotional advertising. If the messaged would be from the casino, it would contain a direct link to the casino (that link looks like an affiliate related link). Please try to block the number directly as there is basically nothing else that can be done as the casino does not seem to be involved in it.

As explained above, the message can't be proven to come from the casino therefore we can't contact them. I can only recommend to block the number on your phone so no call or SMS will be received from them.
