Unfortunately, I have problems with the payout at the online casino mentioned above. The KYC verification has been successfully completed since August 3rd, 2022 and I had also received a confirmation of this by email. I initiated the payout on August 4th, 2022 and received written confirmation from support that the payouts were approved. Now Cashimaschi tries with excuses not to pay me the money. First there were problems with the place of residence and now suddenly with the bank statement, although this has already been checked. LG Jan

Ich habe leider Probleme bei der Auszahlung beim oben genannten Online Casino. Die KYC Verifizierung ist seit dem 03.08.2022 Erfolgreich abgeschlossen und ich hatte diesbezüglich auch eine Bestätigung per Mail erhalten. Die Auszahlung hatte ich am 04.08.22 veranlasst und habe vom Support eine schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten das die Auszahlungen genehmigt wurden. Nun versucht Cashimaschi mit Ausreden mir das Geld nicht auzubezahlen. Erst gab es Probleme mit dem Wohnsitz und jetzt plötzlich mit dem Kontoauszug obwohl dieser schon geprüft wurde. LG Jan
