The player from Canada has multiple issues with the Canada777 website. Initially, he was dissatisfied with non-traditional licensing. He also found issues with game selection for free spins, biased bonus wheel spins, unreasonable wagering requirements, vague answers to his fairness inquiries, and misleading endorsements. The player didn't provide evidence that the casino has rigged games, therefore we were forced to close this complaint.

Canada777 is NOT what they appear to be. On the very first day i signed up there, I simply asked chat support where there license was.

He couldnt tell me.

After a brief discussion i was told someone would get back me.

A cpl days later, someone from admin sent me a screenshot and link to a page that showed a license from somewhere. Not your typical license you see on most sites, this one was different.

But i let it go.

Also upon signing up you are given 100 free spins. But you can only choose from 8-9 games that I call 'Knockoff' games because they are mostly rehashed, renamed, popular MicroGaming games.


to name a few. If youve played online anywhere, you know which games these ones are replicated after.

But on this site, they are specifically set aside as the games that are allowed to be use with your free spins. And not just the signup free spins, but any other spins you win on the 'Every 2 hours Bonus Wheel'

And then within those free spins, if you lucky or unlucky enough to win any, there is a bonus after you complete 20 spins.

Well that bonus is a homemade version of someones wheel only that it does this action that spins it back the other way just before it stops and it always lands on 0. 0 extra spins, 0 wins, 0 credits won, 0 across the board.

Now i know this happens from time to time, so i kept track of every single free spins won or given or deposited for while i was there.

Out of 175 spins I was given, i won a staggering $1.75.

And i doubt i would of won even that if I hadnt stopped the reels. And for 4 separate free spin sessions x 15 spins per session, that I won on the 2 Hour Bonus Wheel, I didnt win a single credit. Not a run of 3, not a single special icon, nothing.

Also, if you notice in the image below, there is a bonus ledger that shows $1.35 Bonus (Won) and $94.35 Required Wagering(Spin Through).


Just click the above image and youll see it as Transaction #5. I mean we all know that spin through requirements are well....bullshit. Plain and simple. They so heavily stack the odds in the houses favour in all sorts of ways but this is ridiculous.

That means that $1.35 bonus, was needing me to spin through it 70X.

Um, i dont know about you, but ive never ever seen a spin through requirement of 70X.

Then there is their FAQ's. You gotta read it. I dont even know what say about it .....



Same as the last, just click it itll open up. The last one has my head shaking. So i asked. What measures do you guys have in place to ensure game fairness? I was given no answer. To any of my questions. Just basic answers that dodged the main point or inquiry.

The endorsements at the bottom of their site, appear to be industry trusted approval sites and/or vendors. They appear to be.

Upon a closer look, they are affiliate reviews sites, all ran and owned by the same group that runs Canada777 website(s).

For all these reasons I asked for some of my money back. Because the policies they mention in their own terms & conditions were broken by them from when i first signed up. It was/is/will always be unfair and not congruent with industry standards.

Please allow me to start by clarifying that according to our data team and the casino review they created, this casino, unfortunately, operates without an official license. Such casinos basically have free hands in designing their rules and how they treat their customers in case anything happens. If the casino is unlicensed, the fairness of games usually cannot be guaranteed.

Nonetheless, licensed or not, all casinos are allowed to decide which rules will apply to bonuses, especially when it comes to games that you can play with the bonus and the wagering requirements.

Despite all this, I am afraid that if you lost your deposits willingly during the gameplay, there is not much we could do for you and we don't think you are entitled to any refunds. Wow. Are you kidding me? I should be entitled to a refund because their games are rigged/faked/compromised take your pick. THEY broke their own rules before i even got there. How would I and everyone else who has ever played there not qualify to get a refund??

Crypto used to be like this and the approach to give non-licensed vendors a free pass and if you got scammed for your crypto, nothing could be or was done.

But now its not like that. Licensed or not, you can and do qualify to get your crypto back.

And then what if admin sent me a screenshot of a license prior to this complaint. Would that change things a bit?? It should. They told me they had a license, you are telling me they dont. So that would 100% make my claim valid would it not? Because I have an email that contains that exact sediment.

This industry needs a serious shake up and restructure. Things such as this, ,shouldnt even be allowed. EIther you get a license or go market your junk in Malta.

I already know your reply will be not what I hope for. Vendors, in todays online gaming market, dont have to be and are seldomly held accountable for anything.

Ansd what about the 70X spinthrough on the $1.35 i won?? I suppose thats allowed to. And juist another situation where the vendor can do whatever they want. Rip people off with a smile and you tell me you cant do anytihng??

What do you guys do?

Cause this complaint, and my last dispute earlier this year, you guys both times sided with the vendor and im here to tell you and the broken process that your wrong. If trust is used as means to get people through the door, just to have it broken by a website that lies to you then what??

So, basically vendors can manipulate, lie and cheat their way to get your money, but as a player we cant do anything to get it back??

Did you even read my last response?? I asked you what abput the 70X spin through requirement on the $1.34 i miraculously won? That's not speculation, thats exactly what they required from it as it shows on the docs i initially submitted. It shows it right there on the bonus history!

And i have been down this road a cpl times thanks.i dont need to read anything. Maybe you should take your own advice and read ALL of peoples responses.

And what are you talking ? there have been many case files where more than one person has come forward to a regulator, expressed their concern over rigged games and it was investigated. Show me an instance where a player had hard proof to backup their claims that the game was rigged or unfair?? SHow me one. Nearly all complaints revolving unfair games are based on user experience and recorded sessions. They dont show hard proof. The metrics ive showed would be enough to flag and have a 3rd partry take a look. But not you guys, you cant and dont do shit.

Please understand that each casino can set the bonus rules as they wish and if you do not want to comply with them, you can simply exclude yourself from playing with bonuses. Furthermore, we are a third-party mediator and in order to proceed with a case like this where a player claims the casino has rigged games, we need bulletproof evidence. This can be an extensive game history consisting of thousands of lost deposits without any winnings, or other proof that the casino doesn't use an official domain for games, none of which you provided. I am sorry, but, we are not able to proceed with further investigation without strong supporting evidence, therefore, I am forced to close this complaint.
