hello. On October 2, I submitted a withdrawal request for 400 euros. I was asked for documents. Sent everything you need. On October 11, I received an SMS that my account was closed, everything was canceled and my LAST deposit was returned to me. In the amount of 150 euros. Help me get my 250 euros. My deposit for all time exceeds my winnings.

Could you please advise how long ago you registered your account and if you’ve completed the account verification successfully? Which games you’ve been playing (live games, slots, or multiplayer)? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?
