I signed up for this no kyc casino Tuesday August 20th and easily deposited 207 ADA. I THEN tried cashing out with multiple withdrawls totalling 1048 ADA of winnings.


I noticed nothing was happening as I waited an entire day. Every other crypto casino I used properly set up immediate withdrawls within minutes. I noticed that there was NO immediate customer support person to chat to on the website which was a major red flag. I Then emailed support@caibo.fun as this was the only way to contact them as per their website and nobody answered after four emails.


Crypto is normally instant for deposit and withdrawl from my experience and now it's Just sitting there saying "pending withdrawl" after 24 hrs and nobody to speak to. The website had been abandoned. When you hit withdrawl I saw a screen that said "it could take up to 24 hrs". This is a lie. This casino will not only not answer me but they are holding 1048 of my Cardano hostage.


There is absolutely no excuse for this . If they say " up to two weeks" I guarantee you that two weeks will turn into three than four, etc. All they have to do is approve my withdrawl and my funds would be instant but they decide to abandoned their customers which is a low blow. As I said earlier. emailed them four times and not one response.


They can't be trusted and appear to be a failing casino but I demand my 1048 Cardano ADA that I EARNED.


They will not have a legit response and will just lie while my Cardano sits in their casino pending for no reason at all. STAY AWAY. FRAUDULENT people. Do your job and fix this rather than hide.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
