Today I was emailed a bonus offer from cadoola of 100% + 100 free spins. (minimum deposit 50Eur). Then paid in and contacted support. He then told me and now the roar comes that the offer has been withdrawn and is void (decision of the administration). They offer me something in the morning which is void 3 hours later (AFTER the deposit). Okay cheeky enough, I thought to myself, then at least I want my money back, because that's the only reason I paid in. No result, I had to wager my money (WITHOUT BONUS) once before I could withdraw it. I travel to a lot of online casinos, but I've never seen anything like this outrageous, scam-like. Will never play there again and can advise EVERYONE against it.

Der sagte mir dann und jetzt kommt der Brüller, dass das Angebot zurückgezogen wurde und nichtig ist (Entscheidung der Verwaltung). Sie bieten mir am Morgen etwas an, was 3 Stunden später (NACH der Einzahlung) nichtig ist. Okay frech genug dachte ich mir, dann will ich wenigstens mein Geld zurück, denn nur deswegen habe ich eingezahlt. Fehlanzeige, ich musste mein Geld (OHNE BONUS) auch noch 1x umsetzen bevor ich es auszahlen lassen konnte. Ich bin in vielen online Casinos unterwegs, aber so etwas unverschämtes, Betrugsähnliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Werde dort nie wieder spielen und kann JEDEM davon abraten.

The bonus was described above. I was offered a 100% bonus + 100 free spins by email (from cadoola itself / not via a third party) (with a deposit of 50 euros +). I paid exactly this 50Euro and then, as stated in the mail, turned to support. Basically, he said: I'm sorry, but we are withdrawing the bonus, decision of the administration. And I was made aware of the terms and conditions that the casino can withdraw bonus offers WITHOUT giving a reason.
Der Bonus wurde ja oben beschrieben. Mir wurde per mail (von cadoola selbst / nicht über einen Drittanbieter) ein 100% Bonus + 100 free spins angeboten (bei einer Einzahlung von 50 Euro+). Ich habe genau diese 50Euro eingezahlt und mich dann, wie in der mail stand, an den Support gewandt. Er meinte sinngemäß: es tut mir leid aber wir ziehen den Bonus zurück, Entscheidung der Verwaltung. Und ich wurde auf die AGBs hingewiesen, dass das Casino OHNE Angabe von Gründen Bonusangebote zurückziehen kann.
