The player from Finland is criticizing casin's responsible gamling tools. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Casino dont have any deposit limit option on website. When i ask it from support if they can add it manually, support say they dont have this kind of option at all.
Then i ask if they can close my account then permanently, they say they can close it only temporary, day or week.
When i say its wrong and they have to do it permanently, support call me "sore loser" and close chat.
They have some cashback bonus and when i ask how can i get it, no one answer anymore my email

I would like to start by saying, that unfortunately, there aren’t unified regulations that would be applied to all casinos and player protection tools are managed by the casino exclusively. Some casinos have a wide variety of responsible gambling tools such as deposit limit, loss limit, time limit, etc., but none of them is mandatory and sadly some casinos operate without them completely.
I apologize, but we cannot punish the casino if it isn't able to set the deposit limit.
