The player's account got closed for gambling addiction. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I set up an account with BurningBet Casino and then took advantage of their deposit bonus. I deposited 500 euros, received 500 euros in bonus and played for these. I turned over the money 35 times as needed to have to pay out and have now tried to pay out the amount. After completing the KYC process, the casino has now closed my user to "Gambling Addiction" and I can no longer log in. It seems somewhat suspicious in my eyes.
