I had 60K on my account and wanted to withdrawal it all.

I tried 20 times with Crypto, Credit Card and Bank Transfer. Not one of them came!!!

Heard the same bs excuses the other reviewers are mentioning. And for 2 months long!!

The only money left there now, is 5000 euro, that is frozen now, because I did 3 withdrawals . 2x 2000 and 1x 1000

Hello GeorgeRomeroFan,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Boomerang.Bet Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Let me start at the beginning... ( never play or ask for a bonus )

2 months ago I had a withdrawal of €1200.

This was refunded on my account after more than a week.

With this amount I made €60.000.

First I tried to withdraw with my bank account ( which was my first deposit )

Then I tried with Credit Card ( which was my 2nd deposit )

I live in Netherlands and found Boomerang.bet through multiple Dutch websites,

when I searched on Google for "Online Casinos iDEAL".

I wasn't aware at the beginning of playing there, that I was in an illegal casino at that time.

I found that out after I noticed that the casino had excuses for paying out my withdrawals.

And looked for reviews on Trustpilot.

Yesterday I thought fuck this and kept spinning on slots until I had no Ballance left,

So 60k loss because they kept refunding my withdrawals.

I have a withdrawal pending at the moment, but as you can understand I don't care anymore if I get it or not and actually it's better if I don't get it, because I would be risking getting a fine of €8000

For playing at an illegal casino anyway....

If they would have payed out my withdrawals ( 60k ), then I would have taken the fine of 8000.

So you see I have no interest in getting my 5000 now

Forgot to mention that my account was verified from 1st day that I started playing.

And used own money, no bonus.

With risking getting a fine, I mean getting a tax fine, because legal ( in my case Dutch casinos ) already pay taxes over winnings. Illegal casino's don't.

And correction: I still have no interest in getting the 5000 that is still frozen or maybe they refunded it by now

( I don't know because I deleted my Google authenticator app, so I can't login anymore )

But I can accept an amount of €449, because I won't have to pay taxes on that amount and I'm okay if I get at least something of the original €5000 back

An update...

Today I got my 1st withdrawal ( Bank ) of €1000.

2 other withdrawals ( Credit Card ) of €2000 are still open.

But because I deleted Google Authenticator, I can't login to see if those got refunded and not able to make a new withdrawal if needed.

Because I got 1000 now. I would like the 4000 also

Another update 🙂

The 4000 got refunded on my account again.

Surprise.... ( sarcastic)

I did 2 withdrawals of 1000 each and played the other 2000.

Let's see if I get payed out again....

Hello GeorgeRomeroFan,

Please keep in mind that the casino is not responsible if you play away your winnings instead of waiting for the withdrawals, it is always up to the player. In case you do not want to lose anymore before withdrawing the money, you can try to ask them to block your account until they process all the payments (you can still request for withdrawal through e-mail).

Let us know the status of the last 2 payouts.
