Allowed me to gamble money. When I won €6500 they they wanted to investigate my account for 75 days and are withholding my funds. They’ve then taken €900 off my balance for no reason. They keep saying they will return this but it’s not been 5 weeks and they haven’t returned. Balance currently showing at €5600 but still unable to withdraw. 75 days ends on the 28th January

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about - did they ever specify the reason behind the investigation?

Hello Vicky,

We had many similar complaints where the casino started a long lasting investigation and they were mostly sports betting related. As we are not qualified for sport betting related issues, even if we would try to contact the casino, we probably would not be able to argue with them regarding the sports betting rules. You can try to submit a new complaint or contact me on nikolas.b@casino.guru once the 75 days runs out or the casino will let you know why did they start the investigation and if it is not related to betting, we would be able to help you out.
