..Really starting to think fraud or some scam...? I've been trying to get my wire transfer from Blacklotus Casino since Oct 29. Every time I call, they give me the same run around and the same story. I mean I even submitted my bank statements via email almost two weeks ago! ... That's when they told me that the finance team got back to them and said that my payment was delayed and that it should be paid during that same week they gave me that information about the finance team. Now it's been WAAY past that week! And still NOTHING!!! (smh) ... I'm just soo done with receiving nothing but Dead Ends with this casino. ... they just need to deliver what's promised is all!!!
I should receive my payment!... I even asked if I could please have the Finace departments phone number! And he just blew me off and acted as if he didn't hear me correctly! And literally gave me their main phone number (which I already know by heart due to me consistently calling them just to try to see whats going on with this Long delay of my 'wire transfer $1000.00 . .. Grrrr!!) & I also don't really understand how EVERYTHING was somehow Approved by their Finace Team on (10/29/2024)... but yet, it's the Finace Teams fault why my withdrawal has been so far delayed Smh!... I just want my situation resolved already!!! I had no choice but to come here on this site for help getting my payment through from black lotus casino!! .. I deserve my winnings and should've been payed out by now!!! begaining to question if they are lagit or some scam. Im just so sick & tired of waiting around for NOTHING it seems like!? ... Yes I did pass the KYC Verification! ...
And, I also did accept a bonus in which I won 3,000 dollars TOTAL! ... But, I guess they have a rule now where people can only cash out $1,000 at a time! ... so when I tried to withdrawal a $1,000, they automatically just went ahead and drained my black lotus casino account completely dry & basically got me for the other 2,000 dollars that I had won!!!... soo, when I had called black lotus casino about that issue as well.... they told me that as soon as I made that withdrawal of $1,000 dollars frombonus, that whatever is left in my account, their automatically allowed to take it! Smh... Soo, I just left that situation with them and said F%*@$ It!!! Lol... just as long as they send me my $1,000 than!! ... and the,.. Still NOTHING grrr.
