The player's account got closed without any reason given. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
They closed my account without my permission and days before I had spent more than $3000% and I had the coupon for the month that they did not give me what I had. The casino account are a fictitious self-exclusion since they let you access simply by registering another account
