They want me to send a Pic of me holding my ID full are showing and Id isn't blurry I have sent this numerous times different ways they keep declining I have been playing with them for a very long time never had this issue before until now and they just keep taken me summit more and more Pic maken me look like a idiot more and more just to get 400 why don't they ask for this kinda of verification when we deposit to make sure our money isn't being stolen from our account they are are just to worried about there account and paying someone who might not be the person requesting the withdrawl. I have done the verification process twice before and they were good with just a regular selfie holding id now they got u looking and talking like your dumb trying to send a Pic that is obviously a way of getting out of payi.g people due to the high bitcoin. Fees nobody can play

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I just gave up and played out the money I got rejected 18 times no joke in one day on my verification picture. I have had no problem withdrawing in these last three years playing with them they have verified my account long ago. This time they kept asking for a selfie of my full arm in the picture holding a clear picture of my ID, which was impossible to due they rejected one of my pictures because the very small corner of my elbow wasn't visible, the guy on the phone was even approving my selfie but there team was purposely rejecting them 18 times to be exact. I'm sure it was because they can get away with maken people mad purposely and not nothing we can do to get paid other then give up like I did...it's a shame they were good to play with up until now they were really just not wanting to pay me for some reason that was obvious!!!

Thank you for your reply, djbcthorn. I am sorry to hear that. Sadly, since you have wagered your winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. The player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance, and all the bets taking place. I understand that this would have never happened if you could withdraw on the first attempt but at this point, we cannot ask the casino to refund your lost winnings. We would really like to help, but it is impossible this time.
