Yes I won $100 on firekirin off of the daily spins and they are refusing to pay me, no where in the sites terms & conditions or FAQ does it say that I can not withdraw winnings made from a daily bonus.

I've been verified for like a month and I've never made a deposit. Also I wish I just had to deposit to withdraw the $100. They are saying that I cannot withdraw it at all because they don't allow you to withdraw from a daily bonus which is about 0-13 cents a day on average and almost impossible to win off of.. but like I stated nowhere in the sites terms and conditions or FAQs does it say that a player cannot withdraw winnings made from a daily bonus..

Look at how rude and snarky the customer service is when I point out that fact... He literally says: you have now been informed .. they just don't wanna pay me plain and simple because they are scam artists, I even called them on the phone and the attitude they gave me was unreal. Ohh btw the casinos website isn't bitbetwin.az anymore it is now bitbetwin.cc

Please note that every single casino requires the player to deposit at least the minimum amount in order to request any kind of withdrawal as your payment method has to be verified as well.

Look check it out.... The deposit isn't an issue... If they just wanted me to deposit and then I could withdraw that $100 I would of been done that already... But they are stating that I cannot cash out that $100 I made at all.... It doesn't state that anywhere on their website that withdrawing winning from a daily bonus isn't allowed... This is extremely abnormal when every other website that provides firekirin will payout winnings on daily bonus.

Nick I had the original sign up bonus that they gave me but I think you are missing the point... They do not function like a traditional casino where you get free chips and spins. They are a platform provider for apps/websites like firekirin/milkyway/Orion stars/game vault/JUWA/etc etc.... now there are many other providers that do what they do like sugarsweeps, skillz & slots, webstorecasino, and many countless more you can simply find on Facebook. Now all the previous mentioned providers will all 100% without a doubt honor winnings made off a daily spin for any platform that they offer... I'm almost positive that it's a rule or agreement between the platform and provider that winnings made from these must be paid out. These do not function mind you like a typical casino where slots and wins are completely random.. the platforms i.e. firekirin sell points to the providers i.e. bitbetwin for 10-15 cents on the dollar and they in turn charge players dollar for dollar for these points that cost them very little, that's how they profit. Now these games like firekirin are ran not from random number generators but algorithms that pay out random players based on how many points were bought and sold to players. The $100 worth of points that I won for instance is basically bought back from me by bitbetwin for dollar per point so yes in this case they buy the points not for 10-15 cents each but for $1 each but this is perfectly normal and is actually how these platforms and providers are designed to profit. The $100 worth of points that I won when cashed out properly is"returned to the system" and can then be resold again to players for you guessed it $100... the algorithm will never ever have payouts greater then the amount of points purchased so bitbetwin literally cannot lose money and the points that I won not being honored screws with the entire way the platforms are supposed to operate. Bitbetwin will probably take my $100 off my firekirin account eventually and not pay me a single penny and go and resell those points to other players who make deposits.... That's why I'm saying they are scam artists... They don't have that written down anywhere in their FAQ or Terms and conditions because the platforms strictly prohibit providers from doing what they are doing by not cashing me out for money made by a daily bonus. That's why they don't have it anywhere in writing... Taking my points and not paying me screws over both the people who own the platform firekirin and the players who win on it. The only one this benefits is bitbetwin and like I said before it's something that every single provider honors that deals with these platforms... I'm not sure if anything I just said makes any sense to you since you seem very unfamiliar with how these platforms/provider sites work vs regular online casinos but if you have anyone at casino gurus who has experience with them please have them handle my complaint. Bitbetwin is a shady, scammy, terrible company and they need to be blacklisted.. trustpilot and sitejabber have already flagged them for having fake 5 star reviews.. check it out for yourselves..
