The player from the US had her account closed due to the provider’s decision. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
After being a loyal player with them for over 6 years they closed my acct. as I had been ahead of the house for at least the last couple of years and they didn't like that. I had many payouts and always followed the rules. But when you win it is nice to see a payout!
So now I have a new place I Just started playing w/in the last month. The manager at BillyBingo claims to be so religious but I don't see it with the way I was treated.
