Made deposit of 20000 got 100 percent bonus , through which I played lots of game like thimber ,guesss which hand ,higher vs lower , and other games and wagered 35x after that 18000 bonus amount converted into real account . After that I tried to take withdraw but they asked for document . They asked to many document and provided all and got verified but they said I used strategy to won so they taking me bonus winning . I asked them to provided which rules I breached if I made strategy , casino is game of skill and strategy nothing is wrong is this , but they are saying everything provided earlier If I will ask again they will block me . I m here to you bcs I want explanation which strategy I used , j have right to know with proof . And also will suggest new player , don't trust this site it will not pay you after winning and will take your money if you losse they will not even talk to you clearly .. for a casino to run better transparency is essential and player should have right to know why there money taken but they taking like machines have no emotion . Casino guru thank you to be here with us to hear about problem and trying to help us .

Thank you for your email. From your conversations with the casino, it appears that your account was blocked because multiple accounts were found to be linked with your account.

Is there any chance that someone from your household or using the same IP address has also created an account at this casino? 

Have you used a VPN or IP-masking software to access the casino website?

in first image you can see two people may have same ip if they use vpn and i used vpn for some time . Because it is safe to use site using vpn for this perpous is used india vpn which I ganerally do I also attached this image, may be this reson but no family member ever opened betwinner sir . And I don't know these person please give me clarity who are they why you asked me about them

I did not use vpn for this perpous , but I ganerally use vpn for security reson , tk prevent data leak also in my reagon goverment promoting use of vpn to safe and secure access of internet . So I am using vpn

I don't use vpn to mask my ip , I ganerally use to protect my data leak , if you were a genuine casino that provide genuine service then you answer me on my mail but you dint ,you also could ask me to unmask my ip if there was problem to see my orgin ip , I surely allow you to see my ip but you did not says these because you just need a reson to reject bonus winning . You verified my all details . Was it used earlier ? Then how could you say I used multiple I'd because I just used a vpn to protect me . You are not a genuine casino service provider this bonus promotions are fake . You taken my money without any explanation. You could ask me to unmask my ip but you don't
