40000 INR Deposited but still not credited when ever i contract customer care they tellthat send bank statement to support@betway.com. I have sent required documents 6 times to their mail id but still they r telling we not yet receive the mail whats the hell is going in betway any fraud is der.

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

Betway sent a mail regarding deposite that they r refunding the amount in 5-7 business days to my account.

Betway as deposited 15000 INR still 25000 NIR is pending they r not responding me. I'm cantacting customer care but they r not telling anything regarding the matter.
Have you already contacted the payment provider as we suggested previously? Your deposit can be stuck in an intermediary bank, and your bank should be able to trace it.
