The player from New Zealand had trouble with her Betway account where a majority of games were malfunctioning and features weren't triggered correctly. Despite having contacted the casino and provided screenshots of the issues, the problem hadn't been resolved for over six months. The player had struggled to get in touch with Betway's customer support and expressed frustration over their lack of responsiveness. We advised her to contact Betway via a specific email and suggested she could find other casinos to play at through our website. However, without evidence of the issue, such as irregularities in betting history, we were unable to take further action on her complaint. The complaint was subsequently closed.

Hi there.

I'm not sure if this was the way to talk to someone with casino guru or I should of posted on the forum.

My Betway account is faulty.

I've made contact and asked them to fix the problems but nothing has been done. A lot of the games on Betway come up with a message when you try to play them. You have to press ok and it takes you back to choosing a game. Others have a choice as $0.00 to select(with or without a balance)as your bet. So the games don't work.

This has been ongoing for six plus months. A huge selection of the games don't work for me. Wondering if this has something to do with my problem problem with Betway.

The game Area Link luck on Betway casino is faulty or plan rigged.

I have triggered 4 seperate features and not been awarded them or not been given. I have two features triggered right now on Betway. Refuse to play that game until something is sorted out. The thing is I've tried. I believe if you put your money on an online casino, you trigger a feature, you should then be given the feature to play. That's a no brainer.

Shouldn't they would want to sort this out? They haven't done anything. I've emailed quite a few times for all issues with my account. Still the games that won't work still don't work. I have sent screen shots of the features showing there triggered. Given them what information I can on it all. How long does it take to sort a few things out? Please can you give me your opinion on this. Has this happened to other people on Betway. It's the only online casino I've played that something like this has happened. What should I do. How do I go about sorting this out with them. Honestly even trying to get to live chat is a bloody mission. Not like other online casinos where you can very clearly see support/live chat.

I've screen shots to prove this. Can login to my Betway account now click on the game and the features(2 of them are there)(stuck there until you play enough to trigger the feature again, that is what happened with the first two I triggered) please help me figure out what to do.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? What kind of feature did you active? How many times did you report this issue and what did the casino respond? Can you please forward those communication to nikolas.b@casino.guru ? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I just logged in to casino guru now, re read your message and figured out I didn't include some of the info.

Yes my account is verified.

I've contacted with the feature problem at least 4 to 5 times.

But I'm not certain.

There is three pots of gold that can be triggered

Hi there.

I accidentally sent last message unfinished.


The feature is randomly chosen for you after you have collected enough either purple, red or green tokens. One feature has double boards for the 3 spins/respins feature. One has a ×2×3×5. One has the pot and it collects what is on the board at the time then at the end as well(instant collect).

It has been the red and purple that have triggered but not given. Twice for each.


I find it real hard to contact live chat/support because they are only open certain hours. My bed time hours are there awake hours.


I haven't tried to contact by email since the last time because I got in touch with casino guru.


Am hoping with casino gurus help this can be sorted out.


I'm hoping I've given all the information needed trough these messages plus what I emailed to Nick.


I don't think I spoke to live chat/support about the features being triggered, not given because of the time difference. As well as with the simple issue of games not playing they couldn't help me.

When I emailed about this I received one reply which I then replied to.

And then a follow up again after that.

Hi again.


Last night I tried to email Betway. The same email I used last time and the same they replied to me once on.

I got an automated response saying that this mailbox is no longer monitored and your email won't be responded too.

For any account queries please go to the help page.


The help page is of no help.



Every night for 5 days I've sety alarm to try to contact live chat/customer support on Betway.


I rate there customer support as a minus 50.


Has any one at casino guru tried to get to customer support on Betway?


It's shocking.

If I manage to even get to the bit where it says take me to customer support. You then have to go through a series of questions with a bot.

Once you do this a fair few times you get put over to the actual customer support.

Your then in a flipping long que of 70 or more.

I try every time to wait it out.

I write my querys first.

Tell them how hard it is to even get to live chat. Write what number I am in the que every so often as not to be timed out and disconnected.

I seem to get timed out and disconnected because I fall back to sleep.


I really am at a loss now.

Sorry I didn't respond to you as quickly as I should of.


I have a new phone and trying to figure out how to get notifications for Gmail is harder then I thought.

It's a Doogee phone apparently unbreakable. We will see though.

Thank you for the information provided. Unfortunately, we can't consider screenshots of the slot as evidence as they have no context and they mean nothing by just looking at them. Is there actually any irregularity in your betting history - uncredited winnings, non-deducted bets or other patterns? Did you suffer any kind of loss due this issues? If not, why didn't you simply chose a different casino to play in?

So nothing can be done then?


I wasn't awarded the features so I believe yes I have lost money.

If the features where given then I would of won something.


Do you know how to get in touch with Betway?

An email address?


I guess I'll keep trying to contact Betway.


This seems like a loop hole for any casino.


I get what your saying with why didn't I play another casino.

Why because at first I thought something extra ordinary was happening so kept playing.

Then after the I retriggered the features and played them through I didn't think it would happen again.


Do you know of any online casinos that have all the games that bet way do?


Can you advise me of a good online casino that has all the games like bars and stripes, Emperor of the sea, cashapiller, koi princess, break da bank. Etc.

That is NZ dollar.

Hello Tammy1326,

Basically the game log is the most important as you can check there whether a bet was made incorrectly, winnings were not credited or money would just disappear. These technical issues may be caused by player, game provider, connection issues but the game history should show exactly what happen regardless of what the player sees during the game.

As mentioned previously, we will be now closing the complaint.
