Hi again.
Last night I tried to email Betway. The same email I used last time and the same they replied to me once on.
I got an automated response saying that this mailbox is no longer monitored and your email won't be responded too.

The help page is of no help.
Every night for 5 days I've sety alarm to try to contact live chat/customer support on Betway.
I rate there customer support as a minus 50.
Has any one at casino guru tried to get to customer support on Betway?
It's shocking.
If I manage to even get to the bit where it says take me to customer support. You then have to go through a series of questions with a bot.
Once you do this a fair few times you get put over to the actual customer support.
Your then in a flipping long que of 70 or more.
I try every time to wait it out.
I write my querys first.
Tell them how hard it is to even get to live chat. Write what number I am in the que every so often as not to be timed out and disconnected.
I seem to get timed out and disconnected because I fall back to sleep.
I really am at a loss now.

I have a new phone and trying to figure out how to get notifications for Gmail is harder then I thought.
It's a Doogee phone apparently unbreakable. We will see though.
