I signed up a few days ago, today I tried to log in and my account didn't exist, so I went and created a new account

in the chat they say that they canceled because of my activity on the site, BECAUSE I JUST REGISTERED, no deposit was made, thank goodness, otherwise they would rob me, right?

Could you please advise if you contacted the casino before creating a second account? Did you have any balance on any of your casino accounts?
Please note that creating multiple accounts is against the casino terms and the casino had every right to close your accounts. Also even if you wound not have created a second account, if you had no remaining balance there, they can close your account anytime without any reason given.

As I already explained, I had already registered, it was already complete, I had even sent documentation to verify and when I tried to log in, I couldn't.
I went to the chat to see what the problem was, I sent my details (name, email, date of birth) and they said THERE WAS NO ACCOUNT IN MY NAME!
then I had to create another account because the previous one just disappeared for no reason!
after I created the new one they blocked me, and they even said that my account did not exist!
