I signed up a few days ago, today I tried to log in and my account didn't exist, so I went and created a new account
I sent MY DOCUMENTS (ID and electricity bill) and they just canceled my account, WITH NO REASON
in the chat they say that they canceled because of my activity on the site, BECAUSE I JUST REGISTERED, no deposit was made, thank goodness, otherwise they would rob me, right?

Could you please advise if you contacted the casino before creating a second account? Did you have any balance on any of your casino accounts?
Please note that creating multiple accounts is against the casino terms and the casino had every right to close your accounts. Also even if you wound not have created a second account, if you had no remaining balance there, they can close your account anytime without any reason given.
