The player's deposit did not arrive into his casino account. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Monday the 26th, I made my first deposit via cryptocurrency in the amount of 500 euros. I waited more than 1 hour and the amount was not credited to my Bettilt account.
I spoke with bettilt via chat and email and they asked for proof of my transfer which I sent twice, via chat and email. I also sent the transfer ID to which you can see that the transfer was successfully carried out from my wallet to the reference wallet by bettilt when I selected the type of cryptocurrency on the bettilt website.
More than 48 hours have passed and they keep saying that it is being analyzed by the financial department and they don't say anything else.
I need your help to recover my 500 euros.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
