This is the most fraudulentl casino there is on the web. They won't pay you out.My account holds 26.000 euros of funds. I deposited around 15.000euros in one day and won great prizes. In the end there was 26.000 left on my account I wanted to withdraw and stumbled on 1000euro daily limit withdrawal and 7000euro monthly withdrawal max.Oke I said I'll start paying out and the won't approve the 1000euro.I later asked them because the terms and conditions says if a player want to block his account the will block it and remit the remaining funds back your bank account.They won't do anything. My account is blocked for 3 months and can't withdraw any funds. The GMA rules says that if a player block his account the casino must not prevent the player from withdrawing funds. This is the most crappy and unfair casino this is a casino run by gangsters stay away from this. CASINO REVIEW WEBSITES should Warne gamblers for this everywhere you look you find good ratings for betsamigo.col that misleading.If someone on trustpilot could help negotiate with this casino that would be great I want my deposits back or my winnings to be paid out

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? Did you play casino games or sports betting? How much did you receive from the casino so far? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Dear nick. My account is fully verified in April. In april I had the problem I couldn't withdraw because I wast verified. When you are not verified the withdraw button is invisible. Then I won 4000euro but during waiting on verification I lost it again. Then I closed my account for a month because I was annoyed because 10minutes after I lost the money I got an email that my account was verified and I could make withdrawals. After the month closure ended the same day I made deposits without any bonussen or something because I know Then when you win you need to play further until you meet the winning requirements.

The winnings was on casinogames sweet bonanza and sweet bonanza dice. I bought bonus rounds for 2000euro or 3000euro per round. Lost everything until one big win with the last money left on my account I hit 48.000euro and spend again until there was 26.000 left and started to do livechat and email with customer support.


Customer Support spoke with them last time 2 days ago. And every response from them is just your account is closed because you asked and you are not able to deposit, place bets or withdrawals.


But in the mails when I asked about blocking and payout they told me only that I can't deposit or place bets during this time . Like this it is also written in their Terms and conditions


Ps I received 0 euro from them, before closing the account I made a withdrawal but it hasn't been processed. When I logged in I used to get mesage you are self excluded and a timer saying from wich sate I can log in. After 2 days when I start mailing them now I get wrong email when I try to log in.

Update.


The account has been activated for withdrawals only now.


Maybe I was a little bet to paranoid and impatience.

They canceled my first withdrawal, now my withdrawal is still pending they also mailed me to prove my income.


Little bit annoying because if I had lost all that money nobody is going to ask a thing..


But am still waiting.. I work as a contractor have my own small company. I send them the tax papers and my invoices and proof of bank where my invoices are deposited.

If you did send the documents only a week ago, the casino has still a little time to process it. We always do recommend to wait 14 days to process a verification or withdrawal, specially if it's the first one.

Please let us know by the beginning of the next week if there's been any kind of update regarding your case.

This is not the first one in April my account was fully verified.. that took 4 days to process. In april I had 4000 winnings in my account then it took to long and I wasted the 4000e just 5 minutes after I gambled the 4000e they send me mail you can now withdraw..


Now this issue is from 12/6/23 we are now 18 days later. Its a shame that that casino got an license I can't understand that this can happen.


Is there even someone who received more that 4000e from this casino its hard to believe?

As the withdrawal may take also up to 14 days to be processed, I would definitely recommend you to wait for it.

Also if the payment will be processed successfully and you had no remaining balance on your casino account, they had every right to block your account forever.

There is still money in my balance in my account 7000euro at least. Every right or not after playing with me for a month not responding blocking me for everything when I ask for self Exclusion after a week opening my account again and be able to play again is a very dirty game that casinos should or are forbidden to do. When you ask for self Exclusion they may not prevent you from withdrawals according to the malta casino rules. They should not act like this. It's my right to ask them questions and when no one responds or don't give me the proper explanation it is fully in my right to look it higher up the management if I'm able to reach them. This casino should be closed down thirty thieves. Can you please advise which payment method did you use to withdraw your casino balance? As your account is self-excluded, can you clarify how much is now currently pending? Did you request the casino to send you the full remaining balance from your casino account?

I used bank withdrawal, other options weren't available since I only use bank to deposit. There is still €7572.89 pending. €1000 they paid out immediately after they removed my account.


I asked for a temporary block for 3 months and they did it but didn't allowed me to withdraw, after some weeks they opened my account for withdrawals only and after some time they emailed me that everything was full reviewed so I can withdraw but sunndenly they also opened my account for games etc. Wich was not the purpose of this its a scheming casino then I played until there was €7572.89 left in my account and suddenly they removed my account and told me in the following days I will receive my remaining balance.


This casino is a scam there's no way around. Just please warn people not to play there this should not be happening to more people. If you look on review sites there is no bad word about this casino until you dive deeper.

Hello Upheavel,

As refunds may take up to a month but your account is already closed, I would simply recommend to wait for the casino to process the payment. Also if the case is now being handled by the licensing authorities it may prolong the process a little bit as the casino needs to provide evidence to them. Please let me know if there will be any update from the licensing authorities as from our point of view I can only recommend to wait for the refund.

It's done mga is useless they won't do anything. Casino deposited yesterday the remaining 7k in my bank account. From now on I stop playing at foreign casinos I stick to Belgian casinos.
