I made a deposit of 50€ and the money is gone from my account however not issued on my betoriginal account after that I made anotheir deposit of 20 and that one went fine I tried another 20€ And the same thing happend I contacted chat and they are telling me it can take long time before my money will be refunded if you can help plz

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
