Hello, I want to complain about the casino betodds.ag. I have been their user for many years and there have been no problems so far. Almost two months ago I requested a withdrawal of 1000 dollars, but I never received it. In those two months I contacted them several times and they assured me that I would get my money. Then they closed my account and when I contacted them they promised that someone would contact me to agree on the payment method. Since no one contacted me for 7 days, worried about my money, I contacted them, but I received a response that my account was closed and that there was nothing from the payment. Obviously they have been lying for two months. For me, that is a considerable amount and I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

Hi Kristina I am focused only on sports. Of course I verified the account, I don't even know how many years ago.Did not use any bonus.

In several conversations with them, they assured me that the payment was not in question, but that as a "non-recreational" I had to wait my turn. Then they just closed my account.
