The player from Brazil has requested a withdrawal six weeks ago, and despite several emails, no response from the casino has been received for a month. After we contacted the casino, its representative promised that manual withdrawal would be conducted. The player received an email confirming a withdrawal plan, however the money was never credited to their account. We asked the casino for updates, but it stopped responding to our messages, therefore the complaint was finally closed as unresolved.

I don't remember if I did the verification, but it wasn't requested, they just asked me to wait for the deposit to be processed.


I didn't accumulate any winnings on any deposit, I lost the first two deposits, and I'm withdrawing what was left of the third, I only used the first one but I canceled the bonus minutes after depositing.


the last time I spoke to the casino was 09/29/2023, and the last time they responded to me was 09/17/2023.


apparently the casino is down, since yesterday I noticed the problem

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Unfortunately, the casino has stopped responding to our messages. Consequently, we are unable to investigate further and have no choice but to close this complaint, although it seemed that the casino showed some willingness to cooperate.

The casino can reopen this complaint at any time as soon as there are any updates on the case.
