Update 1 day problem with email verification still not fixed ( after manual verif still i have messenger " your email is not verified) write on live chat send me to KYC the write me back after 5 min need to write support. So i write an we will se what happened.

Update next day and again write to them no answer only live chat send me the same copy paste nothing new . First time in my life i have situation like this . I think i lost this all money and soon they close my account. Should casino guru change stars to this casino and other where is some problems then people don't go play.
Update after one week writing to support they still not fixed my problem and email is no verified, but they answered every time everything is verified. I was send screenshots and they send me back i should send again and again. Don't understand this casino support , answer after 2 days waiting. Soon have to change on 1 star. Also casino guru should change his stars just because this casino is without any rules and stole money from people so should nobody play.
After 2 weeks fight i decide to close account and lose all money was totally 15k casino is worst ever should be close . Support not answering when answer send some answer back but not fixing small problem.live chat quick answer contact to suppor. So i change to one star . Recommend not play don't lose money and time . Casino guru should give one star and make warning. This casino is first in my life where i don't got money. i saw Grande2020 review, and i need to say , it is 100 % right. is casino are worst in my expirience, support waste time and you can not pass KYC. i sent and sent everything they asked, but after 4 weeks i loosed all balance ...

This Casino caused me to have Panic attack this week and i endup in hospital so its reasonable to say " This is the worst casino experience on my life " ....
2 weeks of stress waiting them to verify my account without any success , they don't answer your emails and customer support repeat the same answers " they will get back to you " which they never do .
