The player's account got blocked for having multiple accounts. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
This is basically disgusting they took my documents after some tym they verify account but after 1 day when i open it says I used duplicate account but i never signup I'm this only first time i using soo how can they said they didn't give any proof please help mer i have balance in my account
