Dear, I have a problem with this Casino again. A month ago it took exactly 27 days for me to withdraw funds. They have apologized and swore they would never be late again. Here they have lied to me. Since 11/23 I am waiting for a refund of USD 1513. From the live support and by mail, all they say is that I should wait.
I really need your help Casinoguru, to mediate in this matter and that the other players are attentive to the lack of responsibility and credibility of this room.

I would like to point out, that if the withdrawal has been processed from the casino’s side, the reason why withdrawals are always late might be on the side of banks. Because this is probably an international transaction, it can take longer until money reaches your bank account.
