However, on 09/22/2020, I requested a withdrawal in the amount of 1085,00 brl, to my bank account (as I always did). I was given an initial deadline of 2 working days, but I didn't receive it. Then they gave me a period of 5 working days, but I didn't receive it either. I contacted BETGOLD countless times and they are messing around with automatic responses and / or they say ´´ there is no deadline for payment or ´´we wait today, if not cleared you can return, that is, they are clearly messing around.
I have already contacted you via email, chat, but nobody gives a concrete answer.

obs: yesterday morning, 09/29/2020, I contacted the chat and they informed me that the financial sector was processing the payment and I would receive it just yesterday, just wait. The whole day passed and I didn't receive it.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your problem. I understand it must be frustrating, but the casino might be experiencing, for example, higher numbers of withdrawal requests. And it’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
If you don’t receive your winnings by then, we will intervene. Thank you for understanding.
