However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

This user had been identified for gameplay abuse by our Security Team. The user was engaged in a gameplay pattern used for the sole purpose of completing the wagering requirement on a particular bonus; this is a breach in terms of use of the platform.


The user was then advised to complete his account verification which the user was able to verify after multiple attempts. We confirm that we have not received a withdrawal request from the user after account verification and the user has currently exhausted his/her wallet balance.
