Good morning, in the past few days I had made several bets on nba markets and consequently asked for a withdrawal of 1500 euros (I had already tried to withdraw 700 euros the day before and they took away the bitcoin method so I could not withdraw it) but I deposited by rapid transfer and asked for a new withdrawal, and I complained to them for a few days until on the 27th they decided to cancel all bets won on nba (various games in several days) and when I asked them why they told me it was by latebet or incorrect odds lol ( bets from several days and different games as I said) as I said after 2 or 3 days did you remember which bets I made were latebet? , not to mention that I had an initial balance of 700 euros as I said and after canceling all the bets I had a balance of 0 how is this even possible? can casinoguru help me? they never reply to any email or chat , I send attached proof that I did not latebet

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

As you can see, I asked several times for withdrawals in previous days even in bitcoin (they canceled and withdrew bitcoin from withdrawals due to "system error") withdrawals under 20 euros were in 2 minutes but as I said high values never let them do it and canceled it, and later on, as i won a lot, they decided to cancel bets on nba and they withdrew my entire balance, since i had a balance of 700 as you can see in the bitcoin withdrawal request, and they canceled bets for several days, please help me

Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and your winnings have been confiscated, the casino probably detected activity that led to this decision.
