My account was verified again on 11/2019 and was then verified again on 01/2022
My winnings come from real money and not from bonuses.
Last time I heard the casino live chat today to get updates on my withdrawal but the answer is always the same.
I haven't received any news from the support yet as the answer is the same from there.
I would like to understand the problem and solve it

L'ultima volta che ho sentito il casino oggi in live chat per avere aggiornamenti in merito al mio prelievo ma la risposta e sempre la stessa.
Dal supporto non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna notizia in quanto anche da li la risposta e la stessa.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Bet2U Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate. We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Bet2U Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
