Dear, today bet2u closed my account, according to them it was for violating point 23.5 each user can have only one account. Registered users cannot re-register as a new client with a new name or a new email address. in case of violation of this rule, bet2u has the right to void all bets made by the user and close all accounts associated with the user without profit payout
but it was never like that, I always had 1 registered account, I never made multiple accounts..
I have been playing at bet2u for 4 years, I was always able to withdraw my funds, but since September of this year I have not been able to withdraw money again. 2 weeks ago they verified me again on skype, I was hoping to get my winnings, but now they just closed my account and they confiscated $1700, now I can't enter anymore.

Regarding the question if I made my winnings with a bonus, the answer is no, they were winnings without using the casino bonus, because I understand how they work and I know how abusive they are

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Bet2U Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Bet2U Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
