The player from Germany has been waiting for their withdrawal for almost one year. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
On 03. Sept. 2021, I made a withdrawal request via BankTransfer. My account is fully verified.
On 22. Nov. 2021, after several queries to their customer service via email, the casino finally sent me an email stated that my withdrawal request has been approved.
But since then, I've never received the fund in my bank account. I've asked them several times via email to check the transaction again, but they just keep telling me that their relevant department will address my query as soon as possible. My last email contact to them was on 06. Jan. 2022 and until now, I haven't heard anything from them.
