please allow me to provide some more details for this case.


This player sent us an e-Mail with a request to close his account. Within 2 hours of his e-mail, the account has been closed.


Furthermore, please check this player's posts in the forum thread and you will see that everything he says should be taken with a hint of salt. He went from saying that we do not have a license to saying that we have a fake license to saying that we have fake providers to saying that license and providers are legit but we still "cheated" him. This player even went so far to use our customer support email address to register on countless of adult and porn sites.


Please let me know if you need anything else from our side to close this case so that we can all move on and not waste our time with this case.
